I LOOOOOVE granola. I eat it every single morning with my plain low fat Emmi Swiss Yogurt. With the tiniest drizzle of local honey it’s a delicious, healthy, and a super fast breakfast….very important since my mornings are often frenzied getting Jivan off to school and myself out the door.
This past weekend in Amgansett I went to a friends house and saw a perfectly golden batch of freshly made granola sitting on the kitchen counter….honestly it rocked my world. It had the perfect balance of oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, & dried fruits…not too sweet, and just the right about of salt and crunch!
