I am a lady who SWOON’s over an old-school traditional, yet super moist, chocolate cake!
I have sampled many recipes until I found this one on the Smitten Kitchen Blog courtesy of Gourmet Magazine.
The trick that gives this cake that “wow chocolate punch” is melting the chocolate in hot brewed coffee.
Perhaps not the wisest choice for a children’s party, but delicious none the less….and I refuse to bake anything unless its swoon~worthy!
