There’s still some summer left, so it’s prime time for heading to the Hamptons, (if you aren’t already there, that is). Since the lazy days of the season tend to be filled with food and shopping, we’re helping you make ‘em count. We’ve already shared a roundup of summer pop-up shops calling our name, so here we present four exciting eateries to visit over the next few weeks. They’re new, they’re swoony, and they do so right by the area’s exceptional seafood and produce. Time to make some resos.

Clockwise from top left:
  1. Amber Waves Farm Market: Stop by the newly-minted market of beautiful, bountiful Amber Waves Farm, a local favorite of Athena’s. The new retail farm store is located in the historic Amagansett Farmers Market building and offers farm-fresh veggies, herbs, flowers, and more.
Where: 367 Main Street Amagansett, New York

  2. Organic Krush: This clean, fresh juice-bar-slash-eatery, run by pals of Athena’s, recently added an Amagansett location to its roster. We are definitely krushing on the restaurant’s health-forward, all-organic, and in-season offerings.
Where: 207 Main Street, Amagansett, New York

  3. Harbor East: Farm-to-table fare by day, dancing by night! The locale is owned by nightlife entrepreneur James Willis and by Andrew Molton of Todd English Enterprises. The kitchen is helmed by Jason Hook, who has worked with such chefs as Alain Ducasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten.
Where: 44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, New York

  4. Eleven Madison Park Summer House: N.Y.C.’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant Eleven Madison Park, (which also tops Restaurant mag’s World’s 50 Best list) is closed for renovations, so it’s moving out East for the summer. The pop-up is in partnership with American Express, so you’ll need an Amex to make a reservation. Walk-ins are welcome on the patio or in the backyard.
Where: 341 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York
