I love to cook super simple, seasonal, local food!

Farm stands, fall, and roasting veggies with  EVVO and tons of herbs makes me rediculiously happy….the possibilities are endless.

I went for a run this morning in Amagansett and ended up at Balsam Farms….. picked up some goodies for a low key dinner with a few friends.  Squash, baby carrots, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts….aren’t the colors gorgeous?  what shall I make???
