I was first acquainted with Laure Heriard Dubreuil huddled around a fire pit in Montauk over 6 years ago. Even bundled up in a blanket, in full-on beachy mode, she exuded style, sophistication, and an other worldly chicness. I did not know at the time that she was the master mind behind the perfectly curated and super swoony fashion empire, The Webster. Laure has since become a friend and she remains a pillar of style as she straddles the world of fashion, art, and design.  Here Laure shares the 5 things she is currently coveting [ and swooning over ] for her home!

  1. Ted Muehling Sterling Silver Egg Vase: Ted Muehling’s pieces are always minimal yet romantic and always chic; whether you use this vase on a dining or bedside table- it’s perfect. This vase in particular comes in an array of colors, all of which, are beautiful.

  2. Hanna Liden Candlesticks: Hanna is a dear friend and incredibly talented artist. These tabletop sculptures remind me of the incredible large scale two part public installation of Hanna’s Everything that was made possible by Art Production Fund. Also, Hanna had her first bagel only upon arriving to NY, like me!

  3. Carl Aobeck Brass Key Paperweight: I am obsessed with Carl Aobreck furniture and brass objects. The workshop still operates from it’s original home in a Vienna townhouse- each piece feels very special and unique. The patina is beautiful and looks as if you had it for a long time.

  4. John Derian for Astier de Villatte Serving Piece: I recently began watercolor painting with my 22 month old son, so love that this chic, playful serving plate is a sweet reminder of our precious time together.  Also, being French, we cannot have a meal without cheese- so it’s a perfect serving piece and playful conversation piece.

  5. Frederic Malle Spray Gun: This home fragrance is one I cannot live without! The Lily of the valley scent is soft and feminine without being too overpowering. May Day or May 1st, is a big holiday in France, and it’s tradition to give Lily of the valley flowers to loved ones on this day. It also means that summer is coming, which is my favorite time of year!
