Olive Oil cake happens to be one of my favorite deserts! Its super moist on the inside & perfectly golden with the slightest crunch on the edges… not too sweet and pairs well with so many different fruit compotes.
I was invited to a friends house the other night for a girls potluck dinner. My part was to make a dairy free desert…..hummmm……I originally intended on making a tart but most recipes called for butter or cream in the dough…soooo back to the drawing board.
