This cookbook is a straightforward, how-to guide for the more experienced cook who wants to take a stab at recreating Prune dishes at home.

  2. The Baking Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum – Known to many as “the diva of desserts,” Beranbaum has been swooning everyone from James Beard Award judges to Martha Stewart for years. In her most recent book, she provides highly detailed, fail-proof recipes for anyone with a refined sweet tooth.

  3. The Slanted Door: Modern Vietnamese Food by Charles Phan – We never go to San Francisco without a pit stop at our favorite Vietnamese restaurant by the bay, The Slanted Door. So consider us thrilled that we can now nibble on the famous Shaking Beef and sip their perfect Singapore Sling without flying cross-country!
