Custom Moon 35
*Lead time: 8-10 weeks.
D-HAENE STUDIO is a Brooklyn-based ceramic and design studio created by artist Jane D’Haene. Built by hand, her raw, minimalist forms take inspiration from traditional Korean pottery, reimagined through a contemporary lens. Charged with a modern vocabulary, the stoneware sculptural vessels embody a nimble use of subtle color, unexpected texture, and experimental glaze to imbue spaces with natural confidence, distinguished history, and immediate, interpretive detail.
Ethereal and rotund, The Moon Series experiments with surface, paying homage to the artist’s long-standing affinity for Korean Moon Jars. Planetary vessels imagined to explore the confluence of light, movement, and tonal shifts, each sculpture is an abstracted reinterpretation of history awash with other-worldly enchantment.
Hand-built in clay and glazed both inside and out, pieces are one of a kind. Slight variations will occur.
This is a one-of-a-kind item and therefore each one is unique. Variations in color, texture, size, and shape should be expected.
This item is made to order by hand, all sales are final. View our complete Return Policy in our FAQs.
