Although the calendar may not say so just yet, Memorial Day has always felt like the kickoff to summer. Starting right about now we regularly take our meals outside, entertaining under the sun or stars. Seafood, veggies, or just about anything else we’re craving gets thrown onto the grill, we never miss an opportunity to sip lemonade or punch, and we tend to serve our meals family-style.
