APPARATUS is a New York-based interdisciplinary studio founded by designer, Gabriel Hendifar. An eye for bespoke finishes and storied detail lends their unique, environmental embellishments a sense of lauded, singular personality.
The Lantern Sconce series offers a contemporary translation of historic lighting vessels. A floating glow emanates from finely infused fluted glass, with light passing through the lantern series via a delicate pattern of repeating spheres.
Counterbalanced by sizable shades and a rigid, brass structure, these sculptural lighting accents feature slip-cast porcelain juxtaposed with warm metallic detail. The effect is iconic and edited, modern yet serene.
