Directions

Wash the shells in warm soapy water and thoroughly dry them.

Take apart the tealight candle and remove the wick and metal plate.

Place the wax back in the metal tin without the wick and place in a pan to melt.

Once the wax is melted, use tongs or pliers to pick up the metal tin.

Place the wick and metal plate in the center of the shell and pour the hot wax into the candle.

Depending on the size of your shells you may need to use two tea light candles worth of wax.

Let the wax harden thoroughly.
