Fig, Blueberry & Ricotta Crostini
Peasant Sourdough loaf sliced ¾ inch think
1-2 cup fresh ricotta
Sliced figs & Blueberries
A few sprigs of fresh mint finely chopped
Evoo for bread & peaches
Honey to drizzle
Maldon Sea Salt
Lightly brush your bread slices with olive oil. Toast in your broiler until lightly golden. Smear with ricotta, place your fruit atop, season with sea salt, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chopped mint.
